Process

How a wedding brand project works

Four stages with a sign-off at each one, planned around your booking season.

1. Brief and quote

You send what you have: logo files, links, photos of your printed pieces, and what bothers you about them. We ask about anything unclear, then send a written quote with the scope, the number of review rounds and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Plan around your season

Most wedding businesses are busiest from late spring through fall, and that is the worst time to change a brand. If you can, start in the quieter months so new files are ready before bridal shows and the next round of tours and inquiries. Tell us your key dates in the brief and we plan the stages around them.

2. Directions

We send two or three directions. Each one shows the logo or mark, a palette and a type pairing, set on one or two of your real pieces, such as a welcome sign and a pricing guide cover. You pick one to develop, or combine parts of two.

3. Refinement

We develop the chosen direction and send it for notes. Typical notes are a slightly warmer blush, a heavier weight on the name, or a different mark for the watermark. If color matching matters for print, foil or signage, this is when we send printed proofs.

4. Final files and templates

We deliver the logo files, the color and type system, and any templates you ordered. Extra review rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.

Working with your printer and sign maker

We can send files straight to your printer, sign maker or web person and answer their questions about sizes and colors. That avoids the common problem where a vendor guesses a blush from a PDF.

Your files

Your files stay private and are used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
