Stationery and signage templates

Editable files for the pieces you send and set out every week, built on your logo, palette and type.

Why templates

Most wedding businesses rebuild the same pieces over and over: a new welcome sign each weekend, a price guide each season, a thank-you card after every event. When each one is made from scratch, the brand drifts. Templates fix that. Your team changes the names, dates and packages, and the layout, colors and type stay put.

Built in the tools you use

We set templates up where your team already works: Canva, Google Docs or Slides, Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, or Word. Text fields are labeled, colors are loaded as swatches, and fonts are listed with a fallback if someone opens the file on another computer. For signage, we give you the size your sign maker or rental company uses, with safe margins marked.

Marks at every size

Templates need the logo at many sizes, from a 24 by 36 inch welcome sign to a small sticker on a cake box. We place the right version in each template, so nobody squeezes the full logo into a space meant for the small mark.

One concept mark, three sizes. Details drop away as it shrinks so it stays readable on a phone screen.

Print-ready files

Every print template has bleed and safe areas set for the printer you name. For signs on foam board, acrylic or wood, we follow the sign maker's file specs and note which colors to check with a proof first. Seasonal changes, such as a new price guide each year, start from the same file.

Questions

Can my team edit the templates without design software?

Yes. If your team works in Canva or Google Slides, we build the templates there, so anyone with the link can update them.

Do you print the pieces?

No. We design and prepare the files. You can use any printer or sign maker, and we set the files up to their specs.
